Liaising with Owners Corporations as required Training and mentoring junior staff Assisting the General Manager with decision making and budgets Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs Convene and conduct meetings Your own dedicated assistant Attending networking events About you: 3 + years experience as a Strata Manager or similar Ability to manage diverse portfolios Ability to manage staff High attention to detail and administrative skills Understanding of Strata Legislation and related regulations in QLD Experienced in building and maintaining strong client relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr
