The responsibilities of the role cover three key aspects:
Support CEO and DataDrivesInsight.com Team to achieve sales targets.Lead Sales Forecasting in Hubspot.Work with Marketing to fill the pipeline with partners.Work with Pre-sales team to qualify leads and support partners.Coordinate and push leads through the sales pipeline with partners.Interface effectively with the Customer Success Coordinator to hand over closed deals to be executed with partners.Resolve Customer impasse in sales cycle.Liaise with CEO for approvals of non-standard proposals.Territory Management Lead sales activity with channel partners/VARs in care, community, and health industries.Lead sales with direct customers in key strategic target areas.Develop relationships and work closely with channel partners.Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.Interpret the DataDrivesInsight value proposition for customers and channel partners.Develop and execute Account and Channel Plan.Develop proposals including joint proposals with channel partners.Keep opportunity details up to date in CRM (Hubspot).Lead and progress the sales cycle.Manage Customer objections.Manage CSC for transition from Sales to Implementation.Required Skills / Selection Criteria 5+ years sales experience in care, community, and health industries.Proven track record in developing strong effective relationships to support the identification of opportunities and subsequent progression through the pipeline to deal closure.High level of tenacity and action orientation.Ability to prepare proposals, pitch decks, and communication plans to support deal closure across the DataDrivesInsight reseller network.Support CEO to execute the GTM strategy across all three streams (Sell to; with; and through).Ability to help translate the sales messaging into customer context and approach to the market.Ability to execute account strategies that close the right deal for the customer in the short term and structure customer engagements for repeat customer benefit and DataDrivesInsight business.Ability to establish a strong online presence and travel domestically as needed.Background in People and Culture consulting.Previous sales experience in HR tech-enabled solutions.Your application will include the following questions:
