JOB DESCRIPTION Permanent All AU location - Hybrid Full time - Senior Manager Our Clients & Markets team work together across the business to design and deliver targeted go-to-market strategies that drive qualified client interest and measurable value to the firm. As a community of solvers we are closely connected with the partners and teams we support, across the local and PwC global network, and with the clients and markets we serve together. The Industry Leadership team will play a key role in driving growth of the firm's priority clients in your respective industry, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing our market presence. We deliver deep knowledge and experience in Business Development and Growth. You will drive the strategic initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and design effective growth strategies to bring together all lines of service to accelerate firm growth in your industry., blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results. And our team is expanding. We're looking for Industry Driver  to support our new Onefirm, industry-led go to market approach to ensure the needs of the industry are effectively met to help to grow revenue, and market share, increasing our effectiveness in winning new work within our vast community of solvers. Use the know-how you've gained in successfully developing growth strategies and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth. With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout. You'll learn plenty as you support the Industry Leader to develop and execute the industry business development and growth strategy, aligning it with the firm's overall objectives in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled. As an expert in Business Development, and understanding of the respective industry. You'll solve problems by designing growth strategies that capitalize on market trends, emerging technologies, and the firm's competitive strengths, whilst working closely with the Platform teams to identify hot topics in the market . In our Industry Leadership team, you'll also: Work closely with Industries Strategic Marketing Lead to position marketing as a strategic enabler which drives business growth Work with the research and insights team to conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for expansion. Foster and maintain strong relationships with priority account teams (iconic and catalyst) and key client stakeholders, understanding their evolving needs and providing tailored solutions. Build networks with industry and sector teams globally to leverage ways of working, existing assets and market insights. Collaborate with x-LoS to create and position compelling propositions, proposals, presentations, and thought leadership that resonate with potential clients. Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to proactively position the firm for growth and navigate challenges. Analyse business performance metrics, track and drive revenue targets against budget, and present progress reports to the firm and industry leadership teams. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and build relationships. Lead and shape the Industry portfolio operating rhythm including regular industry reviews as required by the Clients and Markets Leader. Work with the Client Experience team to review insights from the client feedback program throughout the industry, and provide insights to CLPs, account teams and the Industry Leader in a manner which informs action. Regularly draw upon Salesforce, iPower, PowerBI dashboards and other tools to provide the Industry Leader and CLPs with an accurate view of pipeline, growth and performance to identify gaps and opportunities, from both an account portfolio and industry-wide basis Manage overall industry budget, in consultation with marketing and account managers Other Relevant Skills Required Exceptional project management, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both clients and internal stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Results-oriented mindset with a strong business acumen and the ability to drive initiatives to successful completion and connect the dots You are resilient and pragmatic, able to overcome disruption, move forward to achieve objectives in a commercial and strategic way Self-starter, and problem solver by nature, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a high performance, fast paced culture Ability to build relationships, rapport, influence leadership in a large, matrixed organisation through relationship building and strong executive-level presence A confident facilitator who can demonstrate exceptional ability to manage senior stakeholders and competing priorities - with a strong Client focus Familiar and strong use with digital tools (e.g. CRM, Salesforce) It's time to move forward.
