The project:

We are partnering with one of our longstanding clients to help find them their next site manager.
They are a Victoria-based company and are expanding their business up to Queensland.
The company undertakes large projects in the industrial space; this particular project is a warehouse project totaling $7 million, construction has begun, and they are looking to bring someone on ASAP.

About you:

Minimum 3-4 years professional experience in a similar role; experience in the industrial sector on projects of similar size is essential.Proven experience in a leadership/management role and a track record of working with teams from start to finish.Good communication skills as you will be reporting directly to the project manager and director, and communicating with them on updates regarding the project.No-nonsense attitude, able to communicate timelines and costs properly.Relevant QBCC supervisors licence.
