The Opportunity

people2people are recruiting an exciting opportunity for an Industrial Relations (IR) Specialist to work for a State Government Department within the Education space. This is a 6 month fixed-term contract, with an immediate start for the right candidate. Located in Dandenong 3175, offering hybrid arrangements after training.

Duties

Provide IR advice and support to managers and leadership teamsEnd to end case management of IREnsure compliance with relevant legislative obligationsMeeting with unions and their representatives

About You

Experience in IR and case managementExperience working within State Government is not essential but highly regardedAbility to build strong relationships with key stakeholdersMust have a WWCC or be willing to obtainMust have a valid police check or be willing to obtain
