Industrial Relations Advisor

Seeking a good communicator with a strategically thinking mindset to support our Client with IR related activities.
In this role you will:  Keep management updated on legislation related to IR.
Oversee risk register and periodic reviews of I&ERMP.
Oversee social media campaigns.
Support management and subcontractors with resolving disputes and IR related issues.
Liaise with subcontractors with RoE permits.
About you:  Relevant qualification.
Previous experience in resolving disputes.
Experience in Offshore/Construction/Maritime fields preferred.
