Oversee the daily operations of our rope access, insulation, and painting projects.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Coordinate resources, personnel, and materials to maintain efficient operations.Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve productivity and quality.Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Manage and support a team of supervisors, technicians, and support staff.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, training, and skill development within the team.Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.Handle scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for various ongoing and upcoming projects.Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for staff development.Address any operational issues or challenges promptly and efficiently.Qualifications & Experience:Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior operational or management role within the rope access, insulation, or painting industries.Strong understanding of safety standards, regulations, and best practices in the industry.Experience with project management and resource allocation.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.Proficient in MS Office and project management software.A degree or equivalent qualification in management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunities for career development and professional growth.The chance to work with a leading company in the rope access, insulation, and painting sector.Caledonia is one of the largest privately owned industrial services companies in Australia and New Zealand.
