Industrial Maintenance Electrician

We have a new permanent opportunity for an Industrial Electrician or an Electrical tradesperson that is looking to enter the Industrial sector.

While their office is based in Southwestern Sydney, they have various manufacturing client sites all over Sydney.
They look to place you at a client site that is a suitable location and shift time that matches your current needs.
Key Responsibilities: Isolating equipment and performing corrective maintenance on production machinery Inspecting equipment, identifying faults and taking necessary actions to repair PLC fault finding and PLC programming Responding to and resolving machine breakdowns with a sense of urgency Working during shutdowns for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance Essential Criteria Trade qualification in Electrotechnology Unrestricted Electrical Licence Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team Strong attention to detail Excellent communication A strategic mindset to problem-solving Driver licence Unrestricted working rights in Australia Desirable Experience in an industrial, manufacturing or similar environment Location: Narellan NSW (Employees not expected to start workday from office) Hours of Work: Shifts vary across client sites, set morning, afternoon or night shift available (Tell us what works for you!)
What's on Offer $40.00 – $50.00 p/h or $80,000 – $105,000 p/a dependant on experience Weekly overtime available $5.00 p/h travel allowance Company vehicle depending on site placement We will consider residential Electricians with a desire to work in an industrial setting.
