Lifestyle roster – 7 on then 5 off, 5 on then 4 off. You'll work 12 out of every 21 days, and only 1 in 3 weekends Standby allowance, when required to be on standby Overtime available, at overtime rates of 150% and 200% Variety of work guaranteed, we don't do routine.
