Role: Kempe Engineering Gladstone has experienced unprecedented growth in their workshop field service and repairs division.
They require the services of an experienced Internal Sales / Workshop Administrator to assist the Operation Manager with the day to day running of our teams and repair workshop.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Generating and administration of Purchase OrdersManage workshop supplier relationships to support the timely completion of work (sourcing of spare parts & specialist services)Daily communication with clients on their current job progress or planned worksProcessing of Delivery Dockets / Vendor invoicesWeekly Processing of InvoicesSupport daily safety processes and protocolsPrepare weekly and monthly business reports & KPI'sGeneral Administration and electronic filingThe Person We Are Seeking Will Require the Following: Cert IV Business Administration or similar (desirable)Previous experience in an Engineering/ Mechanical/Automotive service repair workshop environmentMinimum 3 years' experience in Workshop/ repair serviceAbility to build and maintain relationships with customersStrong communication & organizational skillsFamiliar with MS Office suiteBe accurate and detailedBe well organisedBe personable and enjoy working with othersIf you believe you have the skills to successfully meet the requirements of this position, please apply by clicking "apply" below or by sending your current CV to ******
