Industrial Fire and Electrical Pty Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Technical Service Manager/Coordinator to join our team and support the function of projects. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday in Hobart and across the state.
To be successful in this role, you will be highly motivated with good communication skills and time management.
As an Electrical Technical Service Manager/Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating industry trade projects, including job set up, scheduling trades, quoting remedial works, troubleshooting and client management.
Other tasks may include:
Monitoring job statuses and actively troubleshooting Provide project and services status updates Follow up completed jobs and any ongoing works Schedule and plan works Source and acquire parts and solutions to services call jobs Strong PC knowledge and skills Answering phone calls and direct queries to the correct areas Actively manage email for jobs, work orders and enquiries You will have a strong desire to succeed and embrace the various opportunities for continued learning. Experience in the trade or construction industry is desirable.
