If you have a background in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) manufacturing or want to learn about FMCG manufacturing, then this role may be right for you. We are looking for qualified industrial electricians with the right culture fit, a bright attitude, and the willingness to learn within a team environment.
The successful applicant will demonstrate proven knowledge, skills, attention to detail, and be an effective communicator in a team environment.
This role is for the night shift and includes a 30% night shift loading.
The successful candidate(s) will:
Have relevant qualifications in the Electrical Trade.Preferred work experience within the FMCG manufacturing industry.Be able to work independently and proactively on preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and new installation work.Good fault-finding skills and the ability to read electrical drawings.Be competent in servicing and maintaining industrial equipment.Have a basic understanding of how a PLC operates.Be familiar with and able to use a computerized Maintenance System.Communicate with management in relation to equipment and maintenance issues.Be able to work shift work; roster includes morning, afternoon, and night shifts.Be safety-focused and process-driven.Have a forklift license or be willing to obtain it.Display positive behaviors in alignment with Sanitarium's values and be a reliable member of the team.Benefits Access to Sanitarium Store and discounts.Free onsite Gym.Ongoing training and development.Onsite parking.Friendly and supportive culture.If you are a team player, feel you have the right skills and experience, and are looking for a role where you can provide value to the business, then this may be the role for you!
