POSITIONA Service Technician / Industrial Electrician role has become available due to company growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES Site Service: Conduct service/maintenance activities on onsite assets, replacing components, fixing control parameters, panel cleaning, etc. Inspection: Inspect our assets onsite as per standard inspection sheets. Trouble Shooting: Provide technical assistance to customers with product issues - both remotely (over the phone & email), and by travelling and troubleshooting on-site where required. Aftersales Service and Support: Provide after sales support to customers on solar light tower installation/set-up, when required. Remote Area Travel: Travel to and stay in remote areas, in overnight accommodation, to be near to our mining customers. Staying up to 3-4 nights at a time, when needed.
