YOUR ROLE:
Join us today as an Industrial Demand Planner, in a dynamic role where you will be the single point of contact for consolidating demand in industrial terms. You will take an active part in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure demand is met, considering industrial constraints, and optimising the necessary resources to comply with the expected service levels, time, cost, and quality.
Working at either of our Benalla or Mulwala site, on Pangerang and Yorta Yorta Land, your day to day responsibilities include:
Compiling customer needs across the business perimeter, evaluating and integrating them into an industry demand plan, ensuring the needs are expressed in industrial terms (e.g. units to be produced, repairs, tested, deployed). Take an active part in the S&OP process to ensure demand is met, collaborate with sales and marketing to improve forecasting. Monitor compliance with the process and timelines for each S&OP cycle as part of the master schedule and provide notification of any deviations. Initiate and conduct projects for continuous improvement throughout the S&OP process, assist with improving tools and KPIs to help manage the process. YOUR EXPERIENCE:
Mastery of Industrial Information Systems (in particular ERP, Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Lifecycle Management (PLM). Proven experience and knowledge of the supply chain, procurement process and flows and S&OP process. Adept knowledge in industrial management and Lean Manufacturing and implementation of continuous improvement tools. Use of digital tools/dashboards to manage your activity (analyses, decision support). WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY:
