ASC is Australia's submarine company.
We built the Royal Australian Navy's Collins Class submarines, sustain them, and are now delivering their Life of Type Extension to increase the boats' service lives.

Responsibilities ?   Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation and ensure all activities are planned and coordinated effectively  Manage the allocation of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment  Monitor resource usage and adjust plans as necessary to meet project demands.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project planning and execution.
Develop and implement risk management plans to address potential issues and ensure project success  Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including project updates, progress reports, and performance metrics   Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project planners and schedulers  About you ?   Tertiary qualification in commerce, supply chain, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supply chain or similar industry-focused role, preferably with knowledge of the Australian defence industry.
Experience with industrial uplift strategies and grants programs.
Familiarity with maritime design, build, and sustainment processes.
Strong writing, time management, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to build credibility and influence external stakeholders, including government entities.
Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level.
Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
Whilst ASC will accept all applications for this role, as this role requires an ability to access protected US defence technology, applicants holding nationality of certain foreign countries will not be eligible.
