Induction Coach - Wales

We are seeking an Induction Coach to join our wonderful Essential Skills team in Wales. The main purpose of this role is to assist in the smooth onboarding and orientation process of new apprentices and their supervisors as they commence their apprenticeship programme. These sessions can be conducted either in groups or one-on-one, utilising both face-to-face and online platforms. The role involves executing designated induction tasks aligned with stakeholder quality standards and funding regulations. Importantly, the role aids new apprentices and employers in comprehensively grasping their roles and obligations within the apprenticeship program, including awareness of the support provided by Aspiration Training.In addition to a fantastic benefits package, this role offers a salary of £, to £, per annum We are an equal opportunities employer.
