We are currently creating a world-leading centre for innovation on-site at Macquarie University that represents a new era for hearing and vision loss. This nationally significant social infrastructure project will be a place to nurture, trial and share new ideas and form new partnerships that will drive better outcomes for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind or have low vision.
Job Description The Role Reporting to the Head of Individual Giving, the full time Individual Giving Manager is responsible for assisting to develop, implement and managing the renewal, retention, and acquisition strategies for single and regular givers for NextSense. This role will make recommendations to the Head of Individual Giving based on interaction with supporters with a key focus to assist in growing revenue and building support for the organisation across multi-channels. This role is instrumental in ensuring external suppliers are supported to enable the Individual Giving Program to meet targets.

Tertiary qualifications Sound knowledge of Individual Giving with a minimum of 1-3 years' experience in direct marketing appeals Ability to independently execute a campaign Clear understanding of the not-for-profit sector Proactive and organised High level of accuracy and attention to detail Experience with Raisers Edge advantageous Current and clean criminal record check and working with children check We're here to help.
