This role is integral to enhancing their sourcing efficiency and value through the use of advanced tools and systems. From managing the end-to-end sourcing process to fostering partnerships with key stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting their regional operations across ANZ.Reporting to the APAC Indirect Sourcing Team you will be responsible for:Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and process enhancements for ANZ, with potential for additional regional involvement.Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect categories, focusing on cost savings, innovation, and high-quality solutions.Manage the complete sourcing cycle, including market research, RFPs, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.Build and nurture productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.Drive compliance with company policies and legal standards while promoting ethical sourcing practices.Negotiate competitive payment terms to support cash flow gains.Support the utilisation of global sourcing tools, such as Ariba, eRFPs, and the Contract Database, to streamline processes.To be successful in this role, you will have:A degree in a relevant field, with 5+ years' experience in strategic sourcing, ideally within direct/indirect categories within the Medical Device industry (preferred).Solid project management skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting quality and timelines.Strong relationship-building skills, enabling you to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly within complex and evolving environments.Analytical and problem-solving skills, backed by a data-driven approach to identifying and resolving issues.The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global organisation.This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a pioneering, innovation-driven company in the medical technology industry.
