Job Description: The key responsibilities of the position include:
Lead the planning and manage the delivery of an ERP uplift for a small Non-Corporate Commonwealth Entity. Undertake project management activities including project planning and documentation (including procurement documents), implementation, monitoring and reporting on progress, providing recommendations about managing risk, and identifying and resolving problems. Manage internal and external stakeholders, including technology vendors and services providers to deliver system related projects on time, in scope and in budget. Provision of tactical, operational and strategic levels of engagement, decision making and advice through Project Workshops and other communication and engagement channels. Working collaboratively with other Project Managers within the PMO to ensure resources are effectively allocated across projects. Develop, maintain, and finalise project artefacts including project plans, statements of work, benefits realisation plans and other key documents. Make recommendations for continuous improvement in the PMO including sharing project management expertise, mentoring and training to other staff to build team capacity.
