We're seeking a dynamic and energetic Team Assistant to provide project and administrative support to our Sustainability & Delivery Team in enhancing the company brand and support in the creation of a strong performing and collaborative team environment.
Describe the client: This is a diversified Australian property development company. It has business in shopping centres, residential estates, industrial estates and manufactured housing communities.
Position Description: Organise and complete tasks, assist in organising events, prepare presentations/correspondence, complete reports within set timeframes, draft letters and manage emails. CRM experience is essential, assist in maintaining a database for projects. Lead the management and the content of the Sustainability & Delivery SharePoint site and Knowledge Hub, as well as the First Nations Hub keeping it up to date and relevant. Assist the National Indigenous Engagement Manager with administrative tasks as required including arranging meetings, diary management, invoicing and expenses, booking travel, stationary etc. Assist the PA with administrative tasks as required including back up as directed for diary management, expenses, travel, stationary etc. Assist with coordination of key staff events including calendar invites, planning and logistics, organising catering and printing of events materials etc? Format, design and create PowerPoint presentations when required. Develop meeting agendas, taking and typing minutes and correspondence. Setting up vendors, raise invoices and follow them through end to end for the whole team through SAP. Position Requirements: 1-2 years' experience of supervision in a team environment, subject to work pressures and competing deadlines. Experience using Microsoft Windows applications for diary management. Experience in planning and tracking one-off administration projects/ initiatives. SAP experience or similar. Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and smartsheets Basic organisational and time-management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
