Job Description

As the new Indigenous Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Indigenous Recruiters to achieve excellent recruitment performance.

Reporting to the Talent Management Lead, you will contribute to the national recruitment strategy by providing culturally appropriate, strategic and market-leading recruitment solutions, with a particular focus on meeting the recruitment needs of Indigenous communities.

You Will: Maintain deep understanding of the Indigenous candidate journey to ensure a positive experience.Manage the Adecco DFR Talent Management P&L to meet profitability and revenue targets.Collaborate with senior leadership and ADF to develop strategies for improving Indigenous employment outcomes.Educate team members on cultural impacts and build organizational capability to support at-risk candidates.Improve accessibility to remote areas with ADF and Adecco teams.Continuously streamline Indigenous recruitment processes to maximize the candidate pipeline.Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles.Coach the team on ADF roles, criteria, and legislation to optimize candidate outcomes.Ensure 100% delivery achievement within 100 days.Provide quarterly performance reports and insights to Talent Management Lead.Foster a high-performance, candidate-first culture focused on improvement and growth.Work with Leadership Team to build a culture of accountability and honesty.Encourage diversity in thought to deliver stakeholder solutions.Champion a collaborative, solution-focused culture.Partner with Defence and subcontractors for an integrated approach to target achievement.Maintain high service level relationships with Defence and DFR Adecco, exceeding expectations and strengthening ties with the Commonwealth of Australia.Candidate's Profile

Your background will demonstrate: Excellent communication, presentation, written and interpersonal skillsYour ability to manage a variety of stakeholders across multiple programs within complex environmentsDemonstrated relationship building or ability to create relationships with Indigenous communitiesExperience working in marketing, diversity markets and projectsAn ability to solve problems, influence and lead through change, implementing, analysing and measuring results for continuous improvementYour leadership capability as an inclusive leader, who is passionate about creating environments where individuals can thrive and high-performance is realisedYour strategic and continuous improvement mindset coupled with the willingness to be hands on an operational in your approach.Prior experience leading an Indigenous recruitment team is highly desirable.To apply for this position, you must be an Australian citizen and have the ability to maintain an Australian AGSVA security clearance.
