About The Role – Indigenous Outreach Worker – Palmerston ClinicAs our deadly Indigenous Outreach Worker you will provide support to our clients to assist with social and family needs to make sure they can access our services.
Key InformationPosition Type: Full-TimeLocation: DDHS Palmerston ClinicSalary Range: (HPCS 2.1 to 2.4) $70,993 – 76,403This position is identified for an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person. What You Need to SucceedPrevious experience working in the Aboriginal Health Sector.Demonstrated ability to work within and maintain strict confidentiality guidelines and policies.The ability to interact with a range of health professionals including medical practitioners and allied health professionals.Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, with an ability to plan, manage and prioritise tasks and resources to deliver outcomes within time and budget considerations.Demonstrated computer skills especially in the use of client information systems or similar.What to talk this role through some more?
