Monadelphous is seeking interest from Indigenous Liaison Officers to join our team in Port Hedland working within our Mining and Minerals North West Region. The role is responsible for working with the team to develop a long term Indigenous engagement strategy.

Liaising with Monadelphous Port site managers around work profiles and labour requirements. Working closely with new recruits/candidates, Indigenous and community groups. Manage the financial performance of projects to achieve reliable forecasts and agreed targets. Liaise with key customers around our broader Indigenous engagement strategy, opportunities and assistance they can provide. Initially be concentrated within the Port Hedland area but broaden to Newman and the broader East Pilbara area. Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting. What you'll bring:
A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
