(Exclusive of 17%)Location: Katherine | Jawoyn, Dagoman and Wardaman CountryWe are seeking an Indigenous Engagement and Project Officer to promote Indigenous perspectives and facilitate pathways into allied health for Indigenous youth in the Northern Territory.As a vital member of the Youth Engagement in Allied Health (YEAH) team, you will enhance community links with local schools, developing programs that empower young people to pursue allied health education, training, and career pathways. Your role will involve attending school expos, community events, and campus open days, collaborating with internal teams, local schools, and external partners.The successful candidate will engage purposefully with individuals, families, and local communities, including those from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds, in a manner that is culturally respectful, equitable, and inclusive.If you are passionate about making a positive impact for Indigenous allied health, we encourage you to apply.
