Indigenous Banking Specialist

We are looking for customer service and community-driven individuals to join us on a full-time basis.The team operates between the hours of 9am - 8pm, Monday - Friday and 8am - 2pm on Saturday (AEST).
Your shifts can be any time within those hours.
We are open during Public Holidays and will have our team work those days on a rotating basis.
This role is hybrid, working from home and a local Branch or Office.
You must reside within an hour commute of our Casuarina Branch.
About The Team Our Indigenous Customer Assistance Line (ICAL) is the first of its type for banking in Australia.Our team was developed to provide a relevant banking service for our remote Indigenous customers in Far North QLD and surrounding islands, NT, WA & far North SA to assist them with managing their money.
