We are looking for an Indian-speaking Community Manager. We already have a large CM community in the US / Central Asian Cooperation / South Korea / Japan / Latin America / Europe / Australia. We use English for our general communication and we are responsible for making our community thrive and feel comfortable.
Responsibilities Forming and developing project Indian-speaking community; Attracting new people to the community. Attend offline events and meet with community representatives. Providing feedback to the Indian-speaking market: moderating, managing, and developing existing Discord and Telegram channels. Active interaction with chat participants, helps in the adaptation of new participants; Analyzing metrics and conducting activities within chat rooms and community; Gathering feedback on what could be improved in the existing functionality and platform; Localizing and adapting the site for Indian-speaking users: check new translations and report if you notice a mistake on the site in the existing ones. Requirements Knowledge of the Indian languages at the level of a native speaker; Experience in a similar position of 1 year or more (Community Manager, Content Manager or SMM) on an online project; English level B2+ (we use English as a main language for communication); Knowing Telegram and Discord can be a big plus; Literacy, attentiveness and sensitivity to people; Proactivity and independence; Excellent communication skills: openness, tactfulness, friendliness, diplomacy and inner liberation; Understanding how to solve a conflict or prevent it.
