Candidates with a strong understanding of best practice governance and demonstrated experience in the following areas are sought:Senior management experience in commercial property with a strong understanding of property market fundamentals, in particular industrial property;Property fund management experience (i.e. Australian Real Estate Investment Trust or major property agency);Expertise in feasibility and financial structures relating to property development;A strong understanding of leasing development and covenants.GAICD qualified, or preparedness to undertake, you will be a proven senior executive or non-executive director with significant experience in corporate governance, a passion for the agricultural industry, and a commitment to driving sustainable growth.
