Varied role across Financial, Construction, Medical and Director Indemnity Acting for National & Multinational High Profile Clients YOUR NEXT ROLE The firm's Partners and Lawyers pride themselves on their ability to relate to clients and deliver superior legal advice through technical excellence, commercial insight, well-developed communication skills, and the ability to run claims systematically meeting stringent timelines.

Prepare for a stimulating and varied workload, from Financial, Construction, Medical and Director Indemnity and everything in between.
Work mix includes: Financial Lines - acting for insured Accountants, Financial and Investment Advisers, Stockbrokers, Fund Managers, Mortgage Brokers, as well as Directors & Officers.
Construction Lines - acting for insured Engineers, Architects,  Surveyors, Valuers, Town Planners, Certifiers, Construction Managers, and Project Managers.
Medical lines indemnity- acting for doctors, dentists, psychologists, surgeons ) - AHPRA regulatory matters including disciplinary action, breach of statutory; Claims of negligence or malpractice resulting in personal injury.
Plus you will work across other areas of  management liability and Director & Officers duties which could include class actions, liquidator's claims, and complex liability and/or quantum issues.
As part of its growth strategy, the Brisbane office is looking to appoint a Professional Indemnity Associate or SA.
You will be at  SA level or an Associate ready to step up.
You will have the confidence to assume responsibility for the full conduct of your files, the ongoing management of client relationships, while still receiving mentoring from great leaders.
