As an Incoming Goods Manager, you'll be at the forefront of a new chapter in Zeder's journey and kickstart the expanded Incoming Goods arm of our Warehouse with fantastic processes and momentum.
We are seeking an organised, keen and passionate individual to lead our Incoming Goods team!
As an Incoming Goods Manager, you will:
Lead and Develop: Grow the skills within your team to drive success and maximise potential + model adherence to Zeder policies, procedure and safety standards.Communicate and Collaborate: Work effectively with sales, purchasing, and other warehouse teams + identify and share potential issues or improvements.Organise and Maintain: Ensure clean and tidy work areas + keep correct labelling and arrangement of stock.Master and Manage Inventory: Accurately check and receive incoming goods, replenish and rotate stock efficiently + undertake regular stocktakes.Desired Skills and ExperienceABOUT YOU Warehouse + leadership experience: A minimum of three (3) years warehouse experience and history of leading successful teams.
Demonstrated skills: Proven track-record of initiative, communication, problem-solving and attention to detail in a warehouse setting.
