LEEDS COLLEGE OF BUILDINGINCLUSIVE LEARNING ADVISORHours: 37 per week, term-time only (40 weeks)Salary: £27,303 - £28,893, per annum, pro rataAt Leeds College of Building, we are committed to creating an inclusive learning environment and meeting students' needs.As an Inclusive Learning Advisor, you will play a critical role in assessing the needs of our students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and ensuring that reasonable adjustments are made.In addition, you will advise and support our teaching staff in using inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment practices to meet the needs of our students.You will be a great communicator, a creative problem solver, and have an in-depth understanding of SEND and reasonable adjustments.
