The Early Years Learning & Development are currently seeking a passionate educator to provide support for children with additional needs and build their capacity and capability alongside their peers.
The position will work across a number of Council-run services and be responsible for:
Providing direct support to children with a disability on an individual basis as well as in group environments.Ensuring acceptable standards of quality in the delivery of services.Maintaining communication and effective working relationships with children, families, volunteers, staff, and relevant community organisations.Reporting on progress and maintaining accurate data and records.Demonstrating a high level of organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks.The Benefits
This is a permanent part-time position working a minimum of 30 hours per fortnight. With a current base salary range between $73,730 - $83,816 per annum (pro-rata) depending on demonstrated skills and experience + superannuation.
