The Opportunity We are on the lookout for an inclusion support extraordinaire to support in our 3-5 years old space. This role is a contract-based role for 30 hours per week. Whether you are looking for your next challenge in the early childhood sector or are just starting out and have a passion for inclusion, then we want to hear from you! You will be supported by a wonderful and supportive Centre Leadership Team who has a strong passion for inclusive practices.
Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will enjoy:
Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.Developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.Documenting and sharing with families in their children's learning and development.Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.Professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a truly collaborative and inclusive learning environment.About the centre: Located on Morphett Road, this 104-place centre is close to public transport and street parking. Featuring six learning spaces and three dedicated art spaces, the environments are designed to engage different age groups and promote fun and a sense of belonging. The landscaped garden and playgrounds will inspire curiosity and adventure and feature a playground just for the babies.
