As an Inclusion Support Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring all children feel welcomed and supported in our service.
In this role, you'll work closely with our dedicated team of educators, helping to reduce educator-to-child ratios and providing essential support to children with additional needs.
Your efforts will allow for more personalized and small-group interactions, fostering a richer learning experience for every child.
This is a Fixed Term Full Time role looking after 3 children with additional needs all in the same class. You'll start in this role in January 2025 until December 2025. What You'll BringWhether you're an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you're energetic, fun and committed to guiding children's early learning and development, we'll set you up for success!
To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have or be willing to work towards:
A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or higherFirst Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (issued within the last three months) or willing to obtain these.In addition, you will bring a passion for achieving long-lasting, high-quality outcomes for children, their families and the community alongside a team-player mindset - when you join C&K, you join a village of good-hearted, talented people, so you can lean on them as they lean on you.
