Employment status: Permanent - PartTime (0.6 FTE) for three days (Tuesday - Thursday)
Classification: Municipal Officer Level 3
Agreement: Hobart City Council Enterprise Agreement 2021
Salary range: $85,906 per annum (Pro rata) / Hourly rate is $43.47+ 13% superannuation.

About the role The Inclusion and Wellbeing Coordinator will play a critical role in executing the City of Hobart's Workplace Inclusion and Wellbeing Framework.
This position is pivotal in coordinating initiatives that enhance employee wellbeing and inclusion, directly contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

Under the guidance of the Principal Organisational Development, the Coordinator will advise and support leaders across various departments, working collaboratively on diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.
Additionally, this role will assist in delivering services related to culture transformation, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Role accountabilities include:
Deliver a CoH Workplace Inclusion and Wellbeing Framework, coordinating initiatives, and supporting leaders to enhance staff total wellbeing and inclusion.
Support the Principal Organisational Development by advising and supporting leaders in various areas, collaborating on diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.
Assist in delivering services like culture transformation, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement or others as required.

Diploma level qualification or higher in Human Resource Management, Business, Organisational Development/Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles.
Current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People.
Current Drivers Licence.
