We are also committed to supporting our communities through our pro bono work.About the RoleAs Inclusion and Experience Manager, you will lead, advocate for, and design our strategic projects that focus on cultivating a truly diverse workforce and establishing an inclusive environment where all our people can be their genuine selves, experience belonging and respect, and work in a setting that values different perspectives, backgrounds, and wellbeing. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development (L&D), you will collaborate closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition (TA), People Centres of Excellence, and Partner, Pro Bono, Community & Environment. This is a newly created position that will play a key role in evolving and designing our roadmap that enhances representation at Landers, nurtures a culture of inclusivity and awareness, and promotes equity, fairness, and overall wellbeing in our people experiences.ResponsibilitiesShape and create comprehensive Inclusion & Wellbeing strategies, statements, policies, programs, and initiatives to ensure all our people feel seen, heard and valued.Engage, influence, and challenge senior leaders to cultivate an inclusive, positive culture where everyone feels a sense of belonging and can thrive.Advocate and champion Inclusion & Wellbeing by establishing and leading a DEI and Wellness committee and driving the inception of employee resource groups.Drive programs and systems which enable and support our commitment to attract and develop Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and disability talent.Create, monitor, and report progress of initiatives to measure success across our four key areas (leadership, talent, flexibility, and equity).Derive insights and identify themes and trends related to inclusion, wellbeing, and culture, which can be used to further advance our people experiences.Lead WEGA, Gender Pay Gap and Employer of Choice for Gender Equity Citation end to end, including managing pay equity audits; collaborate with People team and senior leaders to embed pay equity across the people lifecycle.Design and execute programs to raise awareness and promote learning for Inclusion and Wellbeing, including organizing and overseeing a comprehensive calendar of related events.Write strategic communications (internal and external) to share firm commitments, progress updates, and information on the latest trends.Manage Inclusion & Wellbeing award submission, annual diversity indexes, gender reporting metrics, client tender requests, and maintain internet and intranet content.About YouSuccessful candidates must bring previous and relevant diversity and inclusion experience in a similar role and/or have a background in organisational development.Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (such as human resources, organisational development, psychology, or sociology).A lived experience or a deep understanding of the experiences and challenges encountered by people from marginalized or underrepresented groups.Proven experience and demonstrated effectiveness leading diversity and inclusion related initiatives and programs.Key to your success is your strong influencing, leadership, and decision-making skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams to execute programs and build operational processes with demonstrable results.Experience in leveraging data to curate and deliver meaningful results including ROI, employee engagement, and external relationships.Excellent business judgement, problem framing and solving, project management, and analytical skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in facilitation and presentation.Critical thinking and listening skills experience with web, social media content, and internal communications is an asset.CulturePeople choose Landers for our down-to-earth, collaborative and supportive culture.
