Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Entry Volunteers. As a Data Entry Volunteer, you will play a crucial role in the launch of our AI platform and will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful automation projects while gaining valuable experience in data management.
Responsibilities and Duties: Inputting data from various sources into our AI based platform database with speed and accuracy. Verifying the accuracy of data before entering it into the system. Organising and maintaining electronic files and documents. Performing data cleanup and quality assurance tasks to ensure data integrity. Assisting with data analysis and reporting as needed. Following established procedures and protocols for data entry and management. Collaborating with team members to accomplish data-related tasks efficiently. Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Qualifications & Skills: Any graduate, strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in data entry and typing skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets). Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management skills and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. Willingness to adhere to organisational policies and procedures. Availability to commit a minimum number of hours per week/month, depending on organisational needs. Prior experience in data entry or related fields is preferred. Work conditions: Work Location: Remote working with excellent flexibility, successful candidates need to have a computer/laptop with high-speed internet connection. Employment Type: This is a three to six months contractual part time/full time volunteer position. Work hours: Flexible working arrangements apply, with some work falling outside core business hours to accommodate time zone differences.
