• Base salary $150,000- $170,000 + $25K allowance + super + annual bonus
• 4/3 Roster Monday- Thursday
• FIFO from Townsville or salary sacrifice from other East Coast Centres

The Role The purpose of the role is to support the HSEC Manager to lead, manage and continuously improve the health and safety performance at Phosphate Hill. This role will also design and embed the Safety Health Management System (SHMS).
Core Accountabilities include but will not be limited to: Facilitation of WRACs, Bowtie and Critical Control reviews and implementation Monitor, report and provide insights on progress against health and safety performance metrics Manage and conduct safety training programs and risk management processes RSHQ reporting support Oversee the implementation of health and safety initiatives and drive continuous improvement in safety performance Coordination of Emergency Response and occupational health systems and processes Lead, develop and maintain a high performing team by ensuring that all safety, health and emergency team members are sufficiently skilled, qualified, enabled and motivated to succeed in their roles and to deliver against HSE function objectives. The facilities comprise of ammonia, beneficiation, phosphoric acid, granulation and sulphuric acid plants plus infrastructure, utilities, power generation and housing to support the permanent workforce.
