About the role
Due to an internal staff movement, the time has come to add a new Inbound Sales Manager for our range of cutting-edge therapeutic devices.
You and your team of 4 sales professionals are provided with new hot incoming leads every day from various sources, including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Bing, Linkedin, Instagram & Nationwide Newspaper Advertisements.
These leads are assigned by round-robin software, once assigned, the respective sales agent contacts the enquiry and presents suitable solutions over the phone based on their varying needs.
It will be your responsibility to drive sales through your role as Department Head by training and motivating your team to exceed their KPIs.
As a selling Sales Manager, you will also be assigned leads, which you will be tasked with personally closing.

Experience
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role in the direct sales industry
Experience in working within the adjustable bed industry (desirable but not essential)
Technical computer skills, or the ability to learn
Dealings with various Care Package providers and/or NDIS participants (desirable not essential)
CRM experience (desirable but not essential)
Superior interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships
Strong time management skills and follow-up
