You will be responsible for: Answering incoming enquiries related to hamper delivery timeframesEnquiries regarding pricing and productsProcessing returnsSolving customer complaints in a timely mannerWhat you need to succeed: Experience in either B2B telesales, customer service, or retailAn ability to engage with people over the phone and build rapportA strong customer service focusA willingness to work in a team environment and have funYou must be fluent in English Job Type: Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $32.80 per hour
