Southern Communications Network (SCN) is a locally owned call centre dedicated to providing exceptional dispatching services to taxi fleets across Australia and New Zealand. We are excited to expand our team and are looking for multiple motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing inbound call centre based in Moonah, Tasmania.
Position Overview:
This is an ongoing casual position with the potential for up to 38 hours per week. We operate 24/7, so we require candidates who are flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. 
Essential Qualities:
- Energetic and reliable
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Competent computer and literacy skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong customer service abilities
- Attention to detail
Training:
Full training will be provided to successful applicants.
