About the Role: The team acts as the 'face' of the organisation, handling a diverse range of enquiries.
A comprehensive 'support directory' is used to effectively manage incoming enquiries Engage with customers via phone, email, web chat, and more.
Monday to Friday 7am to 5:30pm Navigate multiple technology systems and databases Provide initial guidance in selecting appropriate early learning options for families and book tours to commence their enrolment journey Be flexible in suggesting alternative centres or options if the preferred choice is unavailable.
Highlight additional features or programs that could enhance the family's childcare experience.
About You: Blue Card Holder (or willing to obtain).
Excellent communicator with standout customer service skills.
Available from November 2024 – March 2025 and Monday to Friday 7am to 5:30pm.
Background in childcare, aged care, or service industries (desirable but not essential) High empathy, resilience, and multitasking skills.
