This role will see you working with Employers and travelling to see our customers at work.
A day in the role involves… Developing strong rapport to understand your participants' needs, interests, skills and experience Assisting with participants' resumes, job applications and interview preparation Identifying and assessing barriers towards employment and creating solutions to support them at work and ongoing Creating job plans with our participants to support clear pathways into sustainable employment Increasing our participants' employability through training and other support services Sourcing employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies Building and maintaining relationships with potential employers and community organisations WISE Employment Celebrating over 30 years in the employment services industry, WISE Employment is a not-for-profit organisation that is committed to providing quality employment, training, and support to the disadvantaged members of our community.
