We are seeking an In-Store Program Coordinator. This role will primarily support Ad Operations ("AdOps") for the Retail Solutions team. This person will assist with the coordination of campaign deliverables specific to in-store signage, digital deli screens and paid social. This role is hybrid; candidates must reside in the Toronto area and be able to work from the client's office in Mississauga at least two days a week. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Gather and compile weekly proof of execution reports and deliver to Account Managers. Monitor project timelines, track progress and inform Account Managers on the project status, issues and risks. Help streamline project process by maintaining project documentation through Wrike. Ensure all documentation is up to date. Generate bi-weekly and monthly instore signage program list for departments across Walmart. Keep track and update instore signage and deli store lists. Platform inventory tracking. All other admin tasks as needed SKILLSETS REQUIRED: 1-2 years of experience in project coordination Strong organizational skills Detail oriented.
