THE ROLE The Supervisor will report to the Restaurant Manager and is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of Crown's In Room Dining with a focus on effective team communication to enhance the customer experience. ABOUT YOU Previous experience in a supervisory role in a premium 5-star in room dining service and/or premium restaurant environment Exceptional leadership skills with the proven ability to coach and mentor a small team A passion for hospitality, up to date with the latest industry trends and the ability to drive new initiatives Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster, commitment to work overnights primarily Strong product knowledge and sound stakeholder management skills Current NSW RSA Certificate or be willing to obtain prior to commencement What we offer you: Complimentary meals on shift at our staff restaurant Uniform provided and laundered Access to Crowndiscounts across retail, dining, sports & events Unfortunately, if you are unavailable to meet the roster requirements or do not have suitable working rights, your application will not be considered.
