With exciting growth ahead we are looking to appoint an experienced technology recruitment consultant to our Talent Team.
Reporting to the Head of Talent and part of the wider P&C function this position will provide effective and timely recruitment services to our Engineering, Product Management and Product Design teams.
Supporting in driving recruitment outcomes the role will be involved in every aspect of the recruitment lifecycle from scoping to onboarding.
Along side this the role will also contributes to a wide range talent related project work - DEI, process improvement, systems upgrades, events etc.
You will be responsible for: Drive and own the successful execution of recruitment processes, including phone screening, candidate shortlisting, interviews, pre-employment checks and preparation of employment related documentationSupport accurate posting and maintenance of job advertisementsContribute to process efficiencies and the continued development of a best-in-class internal recruitment functionManage and keep up to date our recruitment systems and toolsSupport in the induction and onboarding of new starters to ensure an exceptional experienceAssist talent projects as requested by the Chief of Staff / Head of TalentWork in close collaboration with the People and Culture team, ensuring prompt communication of issues and outcomesBe an advocate for the continuous improvement to the candidate experienceWhat we are looking for: Experience of fast paced corporate recruitment either from an in-house or agency perspectiveA solid understanding of the AU technology talent marketStrong stakeholder management experience – capable of dealing conflicting priorities and tight deadlinesExcellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbalDemonstrate high attention to detailProactive and willing to help wherever possibleWhat's in it for you?
