The RoleThis role sits within the established legal and commercial team. The successful lawyer will be a key member of the team and contribute broadly to the success of the business.
This role offers high-quality legal work on a very broad mix of significant projects, complex contracts, general commercial advice and regulatory and industry-specific issues including:

About YouTo be considered for this role you will be a commercially focused and astute lawyer with 3-7 PAE, with front-end commercial experience gained in a quality in-house team or leading law firm. You will have worked on and led significant negotiations and understand the legal and risk requirements of a complex multi-disciplinary company. In addition to your honed legal skills, you will enjoy dealing with the wider business.
