In-House Lawyer - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract In this role, you'll work closely with the General Counsel to understand the pressure points, strategy, and objectives of the business and effectively communicate the risks and legal issues involved in any decision to management.
You'll also provide in-depth legal support to the company's secretarial function.

What will you do?
Draft, review, amend and negotiate legal documents for the business the TFH Group, including Teachers Health, Nurses & Midwives Health, Teachers Health Services, and Teachers Healthcare Services.
Ensure proper execution of contracts.
Oversee the development of legal precedents used by business and preparation of standard form contracts.
Prepare legal reports as directed, to keep the Board and senior management informed.
Responsible for providing legal advice and support on a broad range of matters across the organisation, including corporate governance, privacy, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
Ensures the Company and its officers are in compliance with the relevant legislation, rules, and regulations that govern the operation of the Company, company policies and procedures, and the Industry Code of Conduct.
Reviews marketing collateral for compliance and common sense.
Provide secretariat and advisory services for internal Working Groups.
Manages the services provided by the Company's external legal advisors.
What do you need?
Graduate qualifications in law (LLB) At least 2 years' experience in law firm or another in-house role Computer literacy in Office 365 Knowledge of Private Health Industry (Desirable) How do I apply?
