The employment relations team is well-regarded for its depth of knowledge and dedication to its impressive client group.
The team is now growing and looking to add a bright and driven junior to mid-level employment lawyer/Employment Relations Advisor (ideally with at least a couple of years experience) to the team.
Role: Reporting directly to the Employment Relations Lead, you will join a friendly team of 5 (including some with Fair Work Commission experience) in a broad client fronting and client focussed employment law and advisory role, with some Fair Work Commission work on offer.
This industry is not one that encounters heavily adversarial unions.
Some negotiating and enterprise bargaining work will be available.
You will interpret and advise on legislation, and provide members with information about and assistance with general principles of employment law and human resource management.
You should also enjoy developing and participating in briefings/seminars/workshops/webinars covering employment relations and human resource management issues.

You: The ideal candidate will be a junior to mid-level employment lawyer (or advisor) with experience gained at a well-regarded firm or company in-house.
