Skills & experience You will be a Finance Lawyer at the 8+ year level who would like to move in-house as a Senior Legal Counsel in order to establish a new role.

Enjoy developing strong long-term relationships as well as dealing with complex documentation (and being able to structure a loan).
On-line tools will assist you with the best technology in the business.
Drive revenue, mentor your lawyers, establish a function, work with existing and new clients.
Your day-to-day - actively advise clients on a range of commercial and industrial property, development and project matters.
Supervise your team in the complex and commercial lending division - asset finance, real property, and commercial transactions.
