About the Role: You will join an organically grown company, enjoying the development of strong long-term relationships as well as dealing with complex documentation (and being able to structure a loan).
Online tools will assist you with the best technology in the business.
Drive revenue, mentor your lawyers, establish a function, and work with existing and new clients.
Your Day-to-Day: Actively advise clients on a range of commercial and industrial property, development, and project matters.
Supervise your team in the complex and commercial lending division – asset finance, real property, and commercial transactions.
Liaise directly with lenders, brokers, and solicitors to provide consistent updates and attend governance meetings to assess and improve the services provided.
